Section blog layout displaying content when there is nothing!

Hi,

I've done a few menu items using the "Blog Categories Layout" and they seem to be working OK however for one, which has no content, it appears to be showing all articles from the site!

I checked under the JContent+ component and it shows as no items assigned to it, so I'm not sure where it is going wrong. The only thing I can see that is different is that there there are no articles assigned to it.

The layout in question is here: http://cheetah.directrouter.co.uk/~yours2sh/index.php?option=com_jcontentplus&view=categories&Itemid=210 - it should be empty (another example is this one http://cheetah.directrouter.co.uk/~yours2sh/index.php?option=com_jcontentplus&view=categories&Itemid=207)

Any ideas? How can I stop it showing all articles - if it's empty I want it to show as such.
