I hve installed and activated the component, modules and plugins. Admin section appears to work fine.

After creating a category and adding an article I've added a link to the category layout. hen clicking that link I get the error "Fatal error: Class 'JContentPlusHelperMisc' not found in /home4/lnmag/public_html/components/com_jcontentplus/views/category/view.html.php on line 113"

Any idea what could have gone wrong?

Please add the following lines.

components/com_jcontentplus/views/category/view.html.php

jimport('joomla.application.component.controller');

to

jimport('joomla.application.component.controller');
require_onceJPATH_SITE. DS. 'components'. DS. 'com_jcontentplus'. DS. 'helpers'. DS. 'helper.php';//here

It is the merge work inside of a new version now. It is applied to a new version.

This doesn't work for version 1.1.8

The same error appear under 'Category List Layout' menu link
