Can I avoid the double links?

I use the module in random display mode, presenting the links from several cat's. But because several links belong to several cat's, sometimes double links show up ofcourse.
Unfortunately I'm no PHP guru, but maybe some of you allready tackled this issue?

Thanks for any replys.
