I do not know enough to say whether JGTDoc is the cause.

However, when i use one-pair, I do not have any problem, but when I use All-pairs, there is problem. Perhaps that might point you in the right direction as to potential cause.

On a separate note, Google API calls up all other Javascript libraries. See the http://www.google.com/jsapi that is within the script of jgtdoc.php. Hence that could conflict with the mootools of Blog_Calendar.

Also, I noticed a lot of '$' used in the coding of jgtdoc.php. Perhaps that is also a problem - see http://docs.jquery.com/Using_jQuery_with_Other_Libraries.

Good luck.

Only you should often read http://www.google.com/jsapi.
http://www.google.com/jsapi only gives the procedure of reading of javascript library.
The following codes are necessary when actually loading.

<script src="http://www.google.com/jsapi"></script>
<script>
  google.load( "jquery", "1" );//here
</script>

And, for "$"
"$" is not used for Javascript of JGTDoc.
It is PHP that you are looking. It doesn't relate to Javascript at all.
