does not work properly in IE7

My website did not work properly in IE7 but works perfectly in Firefox.
(i.e. the calendar ajax did not work, the page renders itself incorrectly, navigating through the menu sometimes fail, etc)

By slowly disabling various extensions, I found out it was the JGTdoc that was causing the problem. When I disable this plug-in, the website works as it should be in both browsers and also in both localhost and remotehost.

Any suggestion why that is so?

I really would like to have this plug-in in my website, and for the website to work using either browsers.

I use Joomla 1.5.8
pHP v5.2.6
MySQL v5.0.67
Windows Vista
Firefox 3.03
IE7
I used JGTplugin (v1.0.2b for 1.5zip) but this is now disabled in the website.

It may be conflict of Javascript.

What kind of Javascript error was given then?

Thanks

dear Kozaki,

there is no Javascript error that I can see or understand.

With JGT translator enabled and using IE,

1) the ajax in Calendar is affected, ie, no loading pause
2) When you are viewing a diary entry page, and then press the < or > in the calendar to move the calendar a month backward or forward, the page is refresh with a complete month''s worth of dairy entries, instead of just the calendar changing.
3) there is "Errors on Page" warning

Both (1), (2) and (3) do not occur in Firefox with JGT enabled.
They also do not occur in IE and Firefox when JGT is disabled.

The same problems are observed when tested with IE7 or IE6 using WindowsXP, Windows2000 or Windows Vista.

I do hope this can be fixed cos I really like this extension and think it is more useful for direct content translation than JoomFish.

I have now enabled JGT on my website for u to have a look at. Would appreciate any suggestion or help from you. Thank you.

Please see this image.
Still, it is javascript error.
Though it doesn''t understand whether to do correct operation
if(typeopf(links[key]) == ''object'' && links[key].id){

You might only have to change like this.

However, this is not a problem of JGTDoc.
