hi, What browser do you use? What state is the firewall? Can this file be downloaded?

Can't Download Editor Switch

When ever I open this page:
http://www.joomler.net/download/81-joomla15-plugin/699-editor-switcher-101-released.html
It loads, then when it's done it says page error and then displays the no connection page. Can someone perhaps give me a direct link to the file Editor Switch? The other pages load fine, but for some reason this one does not.
