Hello,

I'm using Word 2007 as Blogger, and only text is published.
When publishing an Image the following error occurs:

Unable to publish the image...

Settings of Word Blog Provider:
API: MetaWeblog
Default Image settings: My Blogprovider

Can you help me out?

just use windows live writer, it's free and better for this type of thing
