yes, i have done all that, i checked that from the post above first. metaweblog api works, your movable type api does not, i can only post text, can't get categories either, or upload images

well, for now i'm using the metaweblog api that is working great, there must of been something conflicting somewhere so i dunno. if u want me to do some further tests, i can try and do that for u if u want the info for future dev.

Did you set other Blogger and Metaweblog in "enabled" when you used MovableType?

Please set both to "disabled" if it is so and try.

The reason is because it uses Metaweblog API and Blogger API in MovableType API inside.

yes, i had those disabled, i will try again, about to launch my site, and hit a last bug. once i get my site up this week, i will create a new dev environment that i will need to keep updating my new site, and i will test for you and report back. i do believe that movabletype api supports more features than metaweblog, so i'm looking forward to switching over if i can get it working. i'll let u know soon
